I'm thinking of getting the rear tire carrier as its fairly cheap.

And yes, it all comes powder coated.

I have the rear w/ tire carrier and it is nice. it is well made. I have not heard any rattles or have had any problems and also the price was right and the guy who makes The bumpers only lives ablut 20 min from me, and it was easy to install I did it by myself in ablut 1 hr.
