looking for a reputable wrench in NJ

I'm looking for a reputable wrench in NJ.

I'm considering dropping a rebuilt 6 cyl motor in to my 1997 TJ
Maybe even a new tranny. I'll need to get all the parts.

I'm wondering if there are any knowlegable jeep guys around, and what I'm looking at cost wise.

Not from NJ, but I'm going to move your thread to General in hopes of getting you a more solid answer.

im just wondering is it really worth the 3-4 grand for a new engine and tranny?
why not just sell it and then buy a newer jeep?
