Loose skidplate

A friend has an 06 unlimited with a loose nut on the skidplate, he's telling me that the nut is inside the frame, how can someone tighten it?

Cut a hole in the frame, re-weld the nut in place, weld the piece you cut out back into place. paint, bed line, or por15 over the patch.

What have we got?
We have one heavily armed Recreational Vehicle

Thanks!!! He read your idea, wasn't real happy with it. I get the idea, liked it and will remember for future use!

I would never cut the frame, EVER . Do a Search the inserts are covered many times . The inserts are not welded in .
