Low RPM vibration?

I have a 4.0 with automatic trans and 3:73 ration. tires are 31/10.5/15 inch

I have a Tj 2 inch lift and I do not get any vibration under acceleration, or de- acceleration, in fact it is very smooth.
Now for my question, when my trans shifts into overdrive at about 45 mph my engine RPM drops to about 13 to 1400 RPM sounds like it is lugging and I get a vibration from the engine that radiates back through the drive train and I can feel it in the floor. As soon as I hit the OD button the vibration is gone. What is causing this, is the engine out of balance, or is it normal?

This is normal. The 4.0 engine does not like to be lugged and it sends off a harmonic vibration. Just keep your RPM above 1500 and you should be O.K.

jeep vibration

I came across this site while researching for a problem with my 2007 jeep wrangler.
It has a vibration at 1400 rpm's and I was reading on one of the posts that it was a normal thing.
I would like to know if any one has this problem besides me and f so were they able to correct it.
It does it in over drive or out of over drive. can some one give me some sort of a starting point I have changed the harmonic balance already.
thanks

You would have better luck posting in the JK tech section for an answer. I would say start looking at mounts and or U joints.
