Lying "companies"

Just for the info i ordered decals from "All Terrain Decals" its been 2 months and i've never received anything and i would hate to see another person here get flamed the same way i did. I tried to get my money back with a paypal dispute but of course the seller acted nice and said he send them 2 days before the deadline of my dispute so preatty much paypal said well he says he send them so we cant give you your money back and once a dispute is over you cant bring it back up.. so another month since then and i do not have product. They do not email back nor answer phone calls. Do not buy from them.

Simply make a list and a description of when you have had problems with a product for your jeep and the "company" not responding...

I bought decals from him a year or so ago. They took a while, but they got there.

Looks like things have gotten worse. He had some cool decals.

You can file a dispute with your bank or credit card company. My partner works in the fraud department and handles these claims all the time. They have a lot of problems with Paypal. They will work with the vendor or Paypal to resolve the issue...once they hear chargeback, they usually cooperate. Did you try to get your money back directly from the vendor and not through a dispute? Does he happen to have a tracking number for the package that was supposedly sent?

Isn't there a saying, "Misery loves companies" or something like that?

i filed a dispute with paypal since thats what i payed with.. I called that person many many times during different times of the day.. never got a hold of him, i left few messeges.. never got a call back or a respond.. I emailed him few times.. and again never got any feedback.. I started a dispute with paypal to try to get my money back.. there is a deadline on there so let say you start a dispute today. within 2 weeks or something of that kind you gotta say if you want to close it or escalate it if you dont do anything it automatically closes.. during that period i tried to talk to that person.. thats the only time he responded.. i asked when will he send my stuff and to give me a tracking #.. he said he sent it the day before but since it's priority mail he cannot give me a tracking #.. deadline came and i didnt have the product in my hand so i escalated it.. paypal said since he said he sent it we cannot give you your money back and closed my dispute with him keeping the money.. if he sent it like he said, then it should be here now but its not. I could care less.. its only 10 bucks but i dont want a liar to have it .

Was the money in your paypal account or did it go through paypal and come out of a bank account or a credit card? If the latter is the case, you can file a dispute with them and not paypal. They should be able to help you.

Who the hell do you trust anymore? I ordered Rocker Knockers for my YJ from Poison Spyder om January 26th.....Still waiting for them.......The latest line of BS i was fed was that they were shipping on Friday or Monday 4/9 "At the latest."

If everyone here hadn't spoken so highly about their products, I would have told these flakes where tyo get off a while ago. No way to run a business in therJeep comminity.

I have the same problem with All Terrain Decals. It's been about 3 months and no word.

I ran into this when I ordered a padding kit for my sport cage. When I was able to find out where they drop shipped it from I contacted the shipper directly and found out the part was being shipped from Germany. The origional place that I ordered from kept telling me that it was being shipped as we spoke, even after 2 months.

I will never order from that place again. Good customer service is beginning to be a thing of the past.

If they don't want to communicate with you then I would send an ultimatum to them. "Keep me informed or I will report you to the proper people" and also look into the laws in your area about fraud/internet fraud/or any other related laws. Companies seem to blow off customers these days until a stranger hand is delt. Keep in mind, if you take this tactic you need to be ready to follow through; companies get bluffed all the time but screamers.
