Sorry spend most of the day working on it. half the day was spend on the fenders about 5 hours for the install by myself including a lunch break and a few other projects up front. the rest was spent prepping the tub to get its cage next weekend.
I chose not to get the flairs because i dont need them. I like being able to see my tire when wheeling plus mine sees next to no street use so dont need them for the local LEOs.
I got mine in raw metal because I like quick touch ups from a rattle can and they were cheaper and shipped faster.
Step 1 was get them primed and test fit. I used a high build filler primer to make it a nice surface to work from. after a test fit I coated them in black hammered finish spray.
I didnt take many pics during the install because I was working alone and forgot
Starting point before; big ugly stock fenders with 6in wide Zenon TJ style flairs (I hated the way the looked)
As you can see the stock fenders and Zenons were very well abused so off they came
