Mounting and Balancing of Tires

What does everyone pay to have tires mounted and balanced where you live?? When I went to 33's there were 2 local places that wanted 16 bucks a wheel and I found a place about 15 miles away that did it for 8. I got my 35's and called that place and they told me 15 a wheel. When I did the 33's they told me it didn't watter what size it was it was the same price. I told them I could get them done locally for that. When I called the local places they now said they wanted 20 a wheel to do a 35. I have never mounted and balanced tires but there can't be 2 1/2 times the work doing a 35 over a 31!! That's ridicoulous!!!!

Well, I have to give a thumbs up to one of the local shops. I called another shop and they told me 14 each, so I decided to go there. Got there and verified price again before they started. I was out in the shop the whole time talking to all the guys and helping them what I could and when I got ready to pay they told me to just go on and not worry about it!! I was completely shocked but I'll keep my 56 bucks

I get mine done at the Auto Craft's Shop on my local military base, they do it for 5.00 per wheel on or off.

That's what it should be!! It's not that big of a deal to do and I think that it should be the same price no matter what size.
