mounting fog lights to new bumper

Just about to order an Olympic 4x4 rock bumper and want to transfer my hella fog lights over to it. They are currently mounted on the stock bumper, drilled through the plastic into the metal. Are there brackets in can use instead of drilling into The new bumper or even a universal light bar or hoop with light mounts
Thanks

There may be holes pre drilled in your new bumper to make for easy install of the lights. Check that. If not, I don't see why drilling a couple new holes to mount the lights would be a problem.

There are no holes there now in the new bumper. I just didn't want to drill the holes and then get rust but if I do it I will prep the area after and paint it

I'm drawing a blank as to how to mount new lights to the bumper without drilling. Even if you were to use brackets, wouldn't you have to drill for those too? I'm trying to think of other ways.

I think if you drilled and then painted properly, you shouldn't see any rust.

I've decided instead of drilling into the bumper I am going to buy an Olympic 4x4 light bar which already has pre welded mounting tabs
