mystery jeep yj bracket

Hey every one. I'm rebuilding a yj. (of which I'm taking plenty of pics for a new build thread) but anyways I had it tore down to the chassis and have since put it back togather. We had four guys working on it during the tear down and now we have a bracket left and don't know where it goes haha. Here's a pic if yall know please tell me haha.

I was an auto mechanic and paint and body tech for 25 years and with the elongated holes the only place on a car or truck i have seen these are on the steering column. I would pull the instrument panel on my yj to see but it is raining and the yj is my wet weather vehicle. Hope this helps.
