Need help with weird whistle noise coming from suspension

My 2003 TJ started making a weird whistle squeak noise today. It only happens and an idle roll. If the wheels move start to gain momentum the noise is gone. I can hear it as I come to a rolling stop and as I accelerate from a stop. I turned the jeep off and pushed it just enough to hear the noise and it sounds like its coming from driveshaft or wheel area? Does that sound like a U joint or maybe a Wheel barring?

Thanks for the input!
