Need Owner's Manual

So I have been searching for an owner's manual for my 2002 TJ SE. I just got the wrangler today and it has this arrow up light... what does that mean? Does anyone have a pdf of the owners manual?

it tells you when to shift for maximum fuel economy. most people don't pay any attention to it though.

as long as the check engine light doesn't come up, you're ok.

If you still want a manual though.. keep an eye on Ebay, or Craigslist.. I think somebody makes back issues of manuals too out there on the interweb...
