New Bumpers?????

I am looking at adding new bumpers on my 99 TJ. I have a few questions...

#1 In PA do I have to worry about the legality of the bumpers I would order from Quadratec or another retailer?

#2 Suggestion of makes... I am on a budget and these are going to get beat up so I am ok repainting frequently. I like the rock slider style. Eventually I want to add a warm m8000 winch

#3 Integrated Hitch? I have seen other threads and understand a hitch is the better way to go... I want to pull a 5X8 single axle trailer with building materials, kayaks, and misc. other things. The trailer is rated up to 2000lbs.

If I were you, I would look into having a local shop build you one. Cuz in that case, you can have it built exactly how u want it, the finish you want, etc.

Running over trees is fun lol

I would say if a local welding shop did it, probly around $300-400. Mine was on my jeep when I got it. But it was barely attached with flimsy bolts. I welded the shit out of it. Lol.

Do a search for thedirtworx or dirtworx on here for reviews. The guy does great work and you can get a front and rear bumper for less than the price of one brand name rear swing out bumper.
