new cold air intake, will my throttle body spacer work?

Ok I tried a search and found nothing. I have a powerade throttle body spacer on my 4.0 TJ. I just ordered a AFE cold air intake. I never thought it may not bolt up. I believe the spacer is 1 inch thick.

To be honest your spacer is doing much of anything at all. I would just take it off and bolt on the new intake. Everyone here will tell you that the spacer is a waste of money and to use it as a paper weight.
On older carbed engines, spacers actually worked. On newer throttle bodied engines all they do is make the intake 1" longer.

But either way if it bolts up then your good to go. If not take it off.

It won't hurt to keep it, nor will it help.
