New Neighbor

Yesterday I saw some evidence of new folks moving in to the apartment in front of mine. Yesterday, when i got home I saw this next to my Wrangler.

When my dad and i were first looking at buying his cj7 a family moved in, an old car was parked on the side of their house that you could just barely see through the trees, later we discovered it was a CJ7. talked to him for a while he's a good guy built the jeep up too its really nice. a few months later he bought a JKU then another few months i bought my YJ. a neighbor now the street used to have a pretty cool rubi. another neighbor has a tj on 31s and then another one has a Jk on 35s so we have quite the street of Jeeps. (unfortunatly our neighborhood is not one to really become friends with any neighbors) it seems we go by the old saying in seattle "they're the nicest people you never get to know"

I have one of those here....All neighborhoods must be the same... The guy that lives two houses to the west of me has a "MOG", all jacked up with huge tarz. He drives a VW bug to work, him and his wife are both total recluses , neither waves, neither talks, won't give ya the time of day...
Me, I have lived here for over 40 years !! Longer than anyone else on the street ( the rest of the old farts died or moved to "death camps"... ).
Then there's the Jeepers.. There are a couple in the new development to the East, one has a black 2 door, with ugly yellow flames, jacked up, big tarz, he blasts down this street doin about 50 (it's a 25 here)....

I too have a new neighbor that just moved in a couple of weeks ago who drives a Jeep TJ, they look like a fairly young couple. I have tried to go over several times and introduce myself but have been unable to catch him. Last week we had some beautiful weather here and he had his top off. I was a little envious.

Mike.
