newbie question here

hey all i have a 98 jeep wrangler and well yesterday i took it from Lubbock TX to carlsbad NM and well she does about 55 to 60 on the highway it has a 4 inch lift with 33's on it and its just a little 4 banger 5 speed does this sound about right or should she be going faster also the steering is sloppy as hell any input will help thanks in advance

I see a re-gear in your future. Also, if your jeep was not calibrated after the lift and tires, then you were probably going more like 65-70. Without calibration, the speedometer is off as well as the mileage.
