Cool No heat problems

I have an '02 TJ. 4.0 manual. It over heated the other day now I have no heat. I did replace the thermostat, radiator( since I blew a hole in the top)and the heat sensor. Flushed out the entire engine, hoses and heater core. The heat control valve moves in the control box, but I have no HOT air or even warm to speak of. Just very cold. Any ideas?
