Noisy Locker Problem, Need Help!

I have D44s front and rear, with a 4:56 front with a Detroit trutrack which is nice and works good. I got a Powertrax locker in the rear end also 4:56. I'm running on 33s and am experiencing 'popping' when going around turns. Also get a decent kick when it locks back in. I'm new to the locker scene, and know this is somewhat normal, but wasn't sure if it was supposed to be that audible.

Any experience in quieting this beast?

Has anyone tried the lubricant additive to help this....any luck? Or should i just go Detroit in back as well (money permitting)?

Thanks,
Dan
