NON STOP Phone calls

I have to rant. I LOVE my Jeep! I hate that Jeep/Chrysler feels the need to call me constantly to see how things are. I have had 17 calls since I bought my 2013 JKU Sport. Now the first 3 were auto calls from the dealership with recordings from the sales, service, & general manager thanking us for our purchase... I understand calling after the purchase. Some of these are from my dealership and not corporate doing. I took it in for my first oil change service and received 3 survey calls. After the first one I asked them not to call back politely. Tonight at 8:30PM I got my third call and kinda lost my cool. Sometimes there can be too much customer service. I have also received countless e-mails for satisfaction surveys and thank you letters. Am I the only one getting inundated with communications? Am I crazy?

Answer to first question is no. Answer to second question is maybe. I get a lot of calls also. For me it is twice as bad, as we have 2 jeeps. I get calls to remind it is time for service, I get calls thanking me for my business, and I get calls for surveys, from the dealer and Chrysler.

That's one reason I never go to a dealership if I can help it. I got my satisfaction survey robo-calls when I bought the Jeep. After 3 they gave up calling. I haven't gone back and intend on not going back unless there's a recall. I can do my own maintenance better than the wrench monkeys in the service department.

Haven't had a call from them. I get some mail here and there, but that's not really a bother.

They were wearing me out too. Have Chrysler take you off their list, the call your dealer and have them take you off their list too. I was in the system like three times, so constantly got calls.

I'll go by the dealership tonight and ask them to remove me from the list. My wife works nights and they call all morning and then again late in the evening.

Make sure to call Chrysler too, apparently the two lists are not in contact with each other.

They were calling me asking me how I like my new Jk, Not usually an issue, problem is I hadn't even picked it up yet.
They did stop calling though.

I don't care about e-mail/snail mail, but phone calls wake up my wife who works night shift. If she's not happy......
