Not the same old steering problem.

Hey gang im looking for answers to a steering problem thats got me beat. I have a 2005 Unlimited. 4" Rough Country lift. Rugged Ridge crossover steering. Stock Pitman arm. Rubicon Express adjustable track bar. I was having toe problems with the stock drag link and tie rod so I replaced it with the Rugged Ridge set up. Then had it aligned. It actually drives pretty straight and with little bump steer. My problem is when I am at speed and am making a long sweeping turn like an off ramp. I start to turn the wheel nothing happens I have to feed more and more wheel into the turn gradually then the jeep turns all at once and alot more than is comfortable. After the turn the wheel will remain either left or right depending on the direction of the turn. The only thing I can think of is the steering box or my toe is off again. Has any one had problems with a bent ball joint on the nuckle or had a similar problem. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
