O2 Sensor. HELP!

So I picked up a new o2 sensor. I crawled under my TJ and I see one sensor directly in front of the muffler. However I see nothing to the rear of the muffler. So would this be the downstream sensor? I need to replace the upstream one.

Upstream o2 sensor is just after the manifold before the catalytic converter

I don't have much experience on exhaust systems as bad as that sounds. Is the manifold the big unit just past the muffler upstream?

Front to rear: maniford (connected to the engine), catalytic converter, and finally the muffler

Thanks! That was pretty much exactly the type of description I needed. I'll give it a shot.
