When I got my 2013 wrangler the dealer put aftermarket rims and copper at3 on it. However, they also had to give me the 5 original stock rims and tires that came with my jeep from the factory.
Basically I'm wondering what you guys would do with the stocks if you were in my situation. Sell them? Keep them for when I wear out my AT3 tires and switch? Or do a Summer- winter combo and use both.

Keep them. You're basically going to have to give them away because there isn't any real market for them. And you never know what the future holds. It won't cost you anything to keep them ... and you're not going to get anything for them in a sale. Just my opinion .....

Thanks Steve that makes sense. This is my first new vehicle so I'm some what unfamiliar with the market and what sells and what doesn't. I guess it's always good to have an extra set.

I sold my 2013 sport oem rims and tires with 2k miles for 550 locally. You may be able to get a little more due to them being new. Again that's your preference but I wanted my garage space back very badly...

Good point, I live in an apartment right now so space is definitely an issue. This is also the reason why I didn't go for a soft top as well. Maybe I will put out a feeler ad and see what I get offered and go from there...

Which tires & rims do you have? If they are stock steel rims, there's very little market. If they are the alloys, then you may get a decent price for them.

I just checked the build sheet and it says upgraded to 17 inch aluminum rims with on/offroad tires from the 16 inch rims. I pick them up from the dealer tomorrow when I get my hitch installed.

Picked them up

Got my hitch installed yesterday and finally picked up my five extra Alloy rims and wranglers (new). What do you think these guys would be worth for resale? I checked online and a few people were selling the same rims and tires with 30,000km for $800

I would try and sell them on craigslist, you never know. There may not be that much of a market for the JK factory wheels. I have sold two sets of factory wheels from my TJs in the past. The first time I sold the tires plus wheels for someone who had a cherokee for 400. My last set I sold the tires and wheels separately, probably got around 250 total. It's worth a shot. Anything helps to offset the cost of mods

Yea true, I have them on kijiji for 1300 for all 5. I just had a guy offer me 800 for them all...but its my first offer so I won't budge yet. I just want the space in the apartment back and a little extra cash for a small lift and spacers probably.

Was just offered 900 is this really low for what I am selling? Or should I be grateful to have a buyer?

What would be a reasonable asking price for 2013 Rubicon wheels with TPMS sensors in them? Used under 1,000 miles.

I would take that 900 and run!

I see those same wheels on CL all the time and more oftent than not they dwindle from 800 down to 5 as time goes on. They only fit on JK's and most JK guys are looking at aftermarket.

Where are you located?

I have some bad tires and could use them.

Thanks for the help guys. The guy decided to spend 800 on a set that had 10,000km on them rather than 900 for mine with 0km...I am certainly no financial advisor but seriously what a terrible decision.

keep them for the winter or long road trips. I have 33X12.50 Cooper STT mud tires and the stock wheels are way better in icy conditions. Also save 4 mpg.

Got 900 for them a few days ago. Real nice guy asked me to go wheeling with him sometime. He had a nice Orange Crush 2 door with the gross 16" rims, I am sure these will help his jeep look a little better though. Thanks for the help everyone.
