Off Road Lighting

I am looking for something to give me a little extra light for when I am on trails or the beach. I am debating between the light bar on top of the bumper, or two lights on the sides of the windshield.

Anyone have a preference? I have a 2010 JK 4dr.

In regards to the bars, I am debating between these 2 or the one directly from Mopar:

Thanks!

I personally don't have a need for additional lighting. A lot of people do not like the lights up by the windshield as they obstruct visability. I would have to agree with that too. If I were to put on additional lighting I would go with the front bumper.

I have the first one with the three lights. I love it. I put two lights on it and two more lights in place of the fog lights. I used Hella 500 FF's the outter two Iturnedout 10 degrees so I get a nice sweep of light. I also replaced the stock headllamps with Sylvania Silver Star Ultras. I may add a third light to the bar soon whenever I see a single for sale cheap. But for now 6 lights up front is doing a good job. One other note I went to Walmart and got a pair of small 55watt driving lights for $19.88 installed them oin the rear bumper as backup lights.....they are also awesome and add a plethera of light to the rear when needed.

I'm not a fan of the bumper hoops, especially with lights !!

I keep my radiator as unrestricted as possible (auto)

I've got enough forward/back lights--

JIMBOX, & Daggo, I really like how both of yours looks!!

JIM, Did you just mount lights where the bolts are on the bumper?

Daggo, is the part holding the lights sold separately from the actual bumper?

I didn't really think I had the need for extra lighting but last night on some trails I realized it would really make a WORLD of difference in what I can and can't see.

The driving (FOG) lights (above bumper) I made the brackets for them !

The rear lights are mounted on the MBRP cage

This is the latest pic that shows the rear lights--

It's all wired thru the sPOD system (Google sPOD)

The mounting brackets were built into the bumper.
