Off Road Parks - I want a list

Hello Everyone!
I'm trying to compile a good list of off road parks.
If you know of a good list, please let me know.

If you know of a good park, please list it here!

Not looking for "areas" that are fun to go wheeling, but actual official "parks."

Most are private, some are gov't run, but their whole point is as a place to let 4-wheelers play.

Rausch Creek: yes.
Moab: no.
