Jeep wave

First, you have got to make a windshield banner about the beer thing!! I have noticed where I live that most of the JK owners are "soccer moms"...I have actually gotten the finger when I waved at them..but the older Jeep owners know the score!!

I figured this is the place to post this question. Im just curious to see if this is just me, but how many people will park next to another jeep even if it means walking further to your destination?

I believe it's an insult NOT to park next to another Jeep if the situation presents itself.

The thought of not parking next to a fellow Jeepr is simply uncivilized.

well after I ask JK owners where they got that sweet detail package on thier H3, I tell them to be mindfull of the tub lip upon entering thier "automobile" for it may scratch thier Prada. It's far easier to just pivot your wave hand 180 degrees and drop all but the middle finger into your palm and smile warmly...Something about plastic and jeeps just doesnt mix.

Jeep does have the Jeep Wave info at the dealership. Years ago (about 2003-ish) I was at the big dealership here in Portland, OR and I saw a book on the coffee table completely describing the Jeep Wave. Published for Jeep, by Jeep. Pretty cool actually.

And yes, I have noticed the resistance of the JK people to wave. Eventually when enough of us wave at the morons, they'll get the clue. How hard is it to pick up on everybody waving at you? Come on people! Jeez.

I agree RAVEN we don't get alot of wave backs here in vegas, I think its because alot of drivers out here are too darn lazy to acknowledge that there is anyone else even on the road, not to mention in a Jeep

Granted i have a stock 99 Tj but i always try and wave when i can. But around here in spokane washington i have noticed that if you dont have a "mudder" you dont get a return wave. you do get a rare return from the Cj's but not often... its like finding a female mullet...

Lawn and Landscape contractors seem to be worse than Jeepers. The JK drivers don't know. The LCO's look at you with a seemingly angry look as if to say "do you believe the nerve of this guy?" It's like you're taking money out of their pocket by being in the same business. Funny thing is, you catch these same guys at a gas station or the mower shop and they'll bs with you all day. After that they'll wave....sometimes. I don't let it bother me, though, as I try to be a nice person to everyone. I know others aren't always going to make that effort. If I pass any of you guys on here, you're guaranteed to get a wave.
