hehehehe

From your pic, I think you pretty much covered it all. I will say that you need to move the filter (water separator) farther away from the compressor.
The cooler the air the better the job the filter can do.

Is the pressure switch on the compressor? Its the only thing I see missing.

the pressure swith is on the ARB compressor. it turns the compressor on at 85 psi and of an 105 psi.
later when i found a cheap york compressor i will run a higher pressure and use a pressure regulator for the lockers.

i want to install the water seperator somwhere under the hood. the hose between the compressor and the seperatur wouldn´t be longer than 3 feet. is that long enough?

how loud is that horn? how long could i run such a horn until the compressor turns on again?
i already have an air horn. but it´runs with an own small compressor with only 20 psi.
could i use this horn with 105 psi?

Don't forget a check valve just off of the compressor to keep the tank from bleeding back thru the compressor head and to keep from the comp. from trying to start with pressure against it.

I think it would be OK with 3 feet. When I talked to Brad Kilby about how I should install mine. He basically said the one of the most important things is to get the air going into the filter as cool as you can. If I remember correctly 3 feet was the minimum he suggested. But that was with a York that moves more air then an electric and consequently more heat.

With mine it goes 2.5 of hose to 7 foot of stainless tubing and back to 3 feet of hose before the filter.

I have no idea of exactly how many DB it it is. I know its not as loud train horns. But I wanted a horn with a deeper tone to it. The train horns are just to high pitched IMO.

I have no idea on your system how long you could run it. Mine it lasts about 15-20 seconds before the compressor kicks in, but my compressor kicks in at 120 PSI. On your horn I dont know how long it would last running at 5 times the rated air flow. You might want to check with the vendor of the horn to see if it would take the 105 PSI without blowing up

Good point Donn. I figured being a little electric it would have that built in, but your right. If it doesn't he sure needs one.
