Oops!

Just tightened my lugs on my freshly painted wheels and chipped a chunk out with the lug wrench. Think it will chip this bad on the trail/dirt roads?

Yup . . . I know the paint on my rockers and tube doors doesn't hold up to much at all before scratching or chipping. Luckily wheels are easy to remove and touch up.

Did you get them painted with normal car body paint? If you did,it will chipped and get messed pretty quick.
Next time, get them powder coated as it is a lot tougher then the normal stuff.

I just painted them with Auto Body Master primer and paint. 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of paint...

How long did you let the paint cure? It'll get harder after about a month....
