Opinions about gearing

Ok here is my rig: 2011 wrangler unlimited with a 3.5 inch BDS suspension lift. Metal Mulisha 18s Dick Cepek 325/65/r18. I think its about a 35 inch tire. As it stands right now I can't use the overdrive gear because it's to deep. The truck is sluggish. I would like to do a gear change. It's not my daily driver but I do travel with it. I was thinking 513s but thought it might be a little to much if I was on the open highway for a while. I have the original gears in it wright now(I think 321). I don't do much off roading, maybe the beach next year. I would like to here from people who have made the gear changes and see what their opinions are. Thanks.
