We just had our first annual Jeep show today, and it was a huge success. Here are some photo's of the event.

I had to work today, and received a call from the president of our club, saying that they had to have my YJ at the event. The head installer/mechanic from Jeep Outfitters was gracious enough to drive out to my house and pick it up for the show. What a great bunch of people. Anyway, here are some photo's they took of my YJ.

Sorry about that, I guess I did forget a couple of details. This event was at Jeep Outfitters, south of Burleson TX, on the access road on the north bound side of I-35. Grubbs Jeep was a big sponsor, and will even lift Jeeps at their dealership, with full warranties. They have given us discounts on labor and parts, and will service any Jeep, regardless of lift. They will even honor all warranties on your Jeep, and will never tell you it broke, because of the lift. They are truly a one of a kind dealership, and they drive, and lift, their own Jeeps. The only regret I had/have, was having to work, instead of being at the show. It was a great success, for being our first Jeep show. Thanks to Jeep Outfitters for hosting it, and Grubbs Jeep, for sponsoring it, and supplying a few 07 models to look at. And of course, thanks to all the people that showed up, and made it the success it was.

The only thing that is still Jeep, is the tub. It has a Chevy 350, fuel injected motor, a Monster Stak 3 speed transfer case, a SM 465 granny 4 speed transmission. Front axle is a D 60, and GM corporate 14 bolt rear axle. Disk brakes all around, and full hydraulic steering by PSC. Poison Spyder roll cage, and body armor. A 19 gallon fuel cell in the rear. And racing seats, with 3" safety belts. That's about it. Almost forgot the best part, it has a 8" coilover lift, and stretched to 106" wheel base. RockKrawler.com provided that kit. It is an awesome setup. Jeremy, is great people, and stands behind his product. I highly recommend RockKrawler, to anyone.
