Question Planning to shoot a rhino?

When would you want to put the windshield to drive around, besides going on a safari?

Driving around the desert to avoid rocks breaking it?
Driving around in the woods to avoid branches breaking it?
Hunting deer, elk, etc as a disabled hunter?
Driving around a job site where you need good visability?
All kinds of reasons but I've only seen a couple people do it.

Usually somewhere at a time when you'd be going kind of slow.

I'll go along with the hunting and good visability, but if a rock or branch is going to break it, I would rather it be the windshield than my face. I'll only seen a couple of people do it. I guess it is just another cool thing you can do.

I have seen people drop the windsheild, but I kind of like keeping the bugs out of my teeth. You know I always have a big grin on my face, when I am wheeling...........

I always have my windshield down on my CJ , bu then again it doesn't ever go above 15 or 20 so i dont really worry about bugs or rocks. it also doesn't have clips to hold it up, but if i wanted the windshield up i could get them.

It's cool,

and i like the breeze and it makes driving more fun

just realized that in my avatar it is up, whatever, one in a million, hmmmm i wonder how it stayed up , between my bad clutch skills and no clips i have no idea.
