Thanks, it took most of the day yesterday. The prep was the worst part. I still need to spray off and clean the tires but I want to give the wheels some time to dry and cure first. I really like the way they came out.

I am adding DIY grill inserts to my list of things to do on my TJ.

I had done it to my Ranger and it has been on my mind since I got the Jeep. You just helped me decide for sure.

BTY... I molded them and glued them in with Liquid Nails on the Ranger. They never fell out... and never will. I had to remove one to put in a billet grill and I am pretty sure that the guy that bought it has no worry about them falling out.

Yeah, it's down the street where Jeepers wave at each other.

...and I've been on this thread since about page 8, are you just catching that I drive a TJ?

Plasti-Dip works on them too you know? lol

I'm a 1LT with the 82D. I got my tab in '10. I put in a packet to get picked up by bat. But I missed my window due to deployment. I might try again as a CPT.

Thank you for your service to our country. I was in the 82d the first 3 years of my career. I served in 3rd Ranger BN / Regimental HQ from 1997-2006.

Good luck on future deployments - keep your head down! Good luck on future opportunities with the Regiment! RLTW!!

This is such a cool thread.... Heading to Home Depot/Lowes this weekend to pick some up. Depending on how hungover I am Sunday (Crawfish Boil Saturday), this may be getting done this weekend.

THX to everyone for throwing up their pics! Hopefully I'll have some soon.

Doesn't this stuff leave behind a "splotchy" effect like a rattle can paintjob does?

It's the only thing turning me off from it.
