Please tell me how much this is worth?

I am thinking about buying a 92 yj 2.5l. The jeep has a very little rust on the body and just a little surface on the frame. The jeep needs a fuel pump, The guy started it by putting fuel in the tb. The interior is in ok condition. Has soft top and doors. He has been asking for reasonable offers, What would you guys say would be a reasonable offer considering the description? thanks

how many miles, any mods?

and that 4 banger is a dog, just remember that.

with that little info, if it is in good shape, and just needs a fuel pump i'd say its worth around 2 to 3 g's. depends on the area to, and this is the time when the value is down a little, spring time everyone wants to buy one.

with those miles, and the fact that you can't drive it to check anything else i'd offer him like 1500 bux. if it drove it would probably be double.

sounds like a plan. it depends on your area. i searched for 4 years to find a yj with a good body and bad motor for a low priced jeep for my frame off build. body and frame are excellent, engine had a knock, jeep sat for 4 years. i still paid 1000 or 1200, can't remember now, hard top to though.

so if the frame isn't rotting, and the body is good its worth it, oh yeah, mine is 87, so at that price jump on it, even if its a little more i'd say go for it.
