There needs to be a spot on the poll for " I would love to come but it is too far and I love Bacon".

Well turkey bacon is kinda insulting. I was going to post the address once we figured out if it was goin to happen. I told the manager the place that we would be around 20 people. Let's make this happen.

I'm pretty sure DWheels0912 will show up as well. I sent him a PM in case he hasn't come across the thread.

I also have a buddy and his wife who might come. He is a jeep owner but not on the forum yet. I'm trying to get him his first dose of WF like a drug dealer. Then he will be hooked line a crack addict.

good point. you think i should throw it out in the general discussion board? honestly, my target audience is mostly florida folks. i'd love to get participation from any WF'er that decides to come down.

just not sure where best to put it.

It may be better to pick something closer to the Speedway since Saturday is track day. Last year our group was pretty drained by dinner time, and we picked the first thing that looked good to us after leaving the inner field.

Hooligans is only about 10 min from the speedway. I think they clear the infield at 6 pm so 7 would give people time to arrive. If y'all want closer to the speedway I can look for somewhere, but I have found during any Daytona events it is good to go just outside the area. Let me know. I have hooligans booked, but I can cancel it if people want somewhere else.

honestly, until we're closer -- i wouldn't spend too much time worrying about the location. once we're about 3 weeks out - we'll use this for an assessed head count and start working with the local restaraunts.
