Question Power Drainage, Shortage

I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler (Rio Grande) 4x4 and I have a power drainage which completely drains my battery within an hour. I’ve check my alternator by pulling my negative cable and it continued to run. I've noticed while having my headlights on my turn signals don't work but when I have my headlights off they work could it be a power shortage with my headlight switch?
