What are the rest of the specs on tires? You posted width which won't affect your 4wd. If they are different diameter, yeah that's not good. Can't tell diameter by just the width size.

Because the gears work together to move the vehicle with different size tires on you may get different rotation and since they are locked together by the drivetrain gearboxes it is not real good and will end in premature failure of the differentials, T-Case and possibly the damage the trans. So you really need to find four tires all the same size.
