Protecting Jeep from Rust

Hello, I just bought a used 1998 jeep wrangler that was in Texas for most of its life and there is barely any body/frame rust. Now it's next to the ocean and I'm wondering how I can protect it from rust. I thought about using Bed liner paint on the inside but the only place the original paint is missing is on the floor. Everywhere else in the tub it's there because it was protected by carpet. I would hate to have to ruin all the good paint on the walls in the back. Also, how could I protect the frame from rust. Any recommendations would be great and appreciated
Thanks
