Put the header on.

A buddy and I installed my eBay header today after I got off work. I got into town around 4:45 or so, cruised over to my buddies, waited a while for it to cool down a bit, started workin on it, not going too fast, taking our time as we had never torn apart the Jeep motor, took a break around 7:15 for 15 minutes or so, and by that point we already had the header on and the intake ready to go on basically. Got back to work and I fired it up at 8:50. No exhaust leaks, runs good. Not a whole lot louder, but there is a difference, and it kinda lost this low rpm bogged sound it used to get when you'd get into the throttle below 1500 RPM or so. Wasn't too hard of a job, but it was a whole lot more time consuming than putting headers on my 5.0 Mustang. I want to get new exhaust done from the collector back to the cat, that stuff is small and old, needs replacing. Now I'm tired cause I worked all day then worked 4 more hours. But I'm happy with it. It could be louder though.

My Clifford 6in1 is really loud but then again there might be a hole in the cutoff right after it.

I shoulda taken pics throughout the process but I didn't have my camera. I can take a pic when I get off work if you want, but all you can see is the front most primary, unless I take the pic from underneath.
