Question for all

What will exactally happen if a track bar breaks??? I've had a banging when I turn or hit bumps ( not a major bang) and I got under the jeep and noticed my trac bar was loose. So I tightend it and my bushing started to tear and crack. So I stopped. Well easy enough I figure I need a new bushing , but should I not drive it till then?

1st thing that comes to mind is a bad crash.. no don't drive it, fix it ASAP.

If it breaks you won't be able to steer since the track bar is what locates the front axle under the jeep. If its gone, you will be turning the wheel and its gonna be like a bowl of jello.

4'' Full traction lift kit...the lower control arms and sway bar links give it away.

Thank you very much we have been investigating for a while! I've had it for 2 years and I'd have to say I don't think I'd want to do anything else to it. It does everything I tell it to whether the obstacle is meant for 4inches or not ! Appreciate it man!
