Rancho 9000xl on 2001 jeep wrangler

What have you guys found for best overall ride setting 1-9? Front and rear?

On my LJ, I set them at 4 for the street and 0 for the trail.

I may bump up to 5 or 6 if I'm carrying a heavy load (like the time I carried 200 bricks)
