random ?'s locking axle lights winch etc

The usual type of questions, figured id group them into one thread so to not clog up these forums.
I have a 99 tj Sahara. 4.0 auto

Dana 30 front 35c rear. I want the cheapest way to either lock or improve the 4wd system to whatever is necessary. I'm not looking for anything hardcore. I just want to boost traction capabilities without spending a fortune. If the stock axles are weak, tell me. I'm not looking to scale vertical boulders. Is a true-trac enough or should I toss in a locker diff?

What areas are prone to damage, that I should weld some armor for?

Planning to build a light bar for the rear top area. I want a pair of crazy flood lights that are good for filling a midnight landscape with light, as well as blind the crap out of any turd tailgating at the flip of a switch. Led would be nice if cheap and bright.

Thinking of flush mounting a set of 69 mustang tail lights in place of the stock.

Any bike racks that allow you to mount a gas can in between the bikes and the spare?

I put in a smaller style center console, what's the coolest center console that goes over the ebrake?

Any mods that are a must for mild-moderate off roading?

What are a good option for headlights? Previous owner replaced one with a sylvania unit and it seems to have a blinding spot in the beam. Something that allows screw in bulbs is nice.

Cheapest option for a bare necessity winch?

That's pretty much it for now. Thanks fellas

Dana 30 is good for 35" tires locked with chormoly axles, 33s and locked without. Lunchbox locker is your best bet.
Dana 35 is good for 33s, can lock or lsd it but don't be hoppin and spinning tires.

Oilpan skid is most prone.

I'll let someone else finish

Wow I butchered my above post, late night. If ya lock the Dana 30 with 33s get chromolly.
If you go to 35s then don't lock it but would still upgrade the shafts to chromolly.
