Really need some advice, HVAC Problem

Hello everyone. Got a problem with my HVAC system on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport, 4.0 . Here it is, everything was working great until one day the blower quit working. I have fix it, I ended up replacing everything from the switch to blower, now however, the blower runs, switches speeds like it should but very little air comes out of the vents. I mean you can hear the motor running but have to put your hand over the vent to even tell if its blowing. you can switch the positions and the same thing comes out of all the vents. I have checked all the vacuume lines and they work as they should. Anyone else having this problem, it acts like there is a blockage somewhere in the duct work.

Blend door broke.

I'll see if I can dig up the write up for the fix.
