Really need some insight!

I tried in tj section but nobody knew what or why the PO welded on the top of my NSG370 6spd in my 05' Wrangler.

Driver side view:

I need some help guys, getting ready to deploy soon, and this is driving me nuts!

probably had a crack in the case that needed to be welded..I would not worry about it

I'm just worried whoever welded it ran way to hot. By the looks of how much metal was deposited he could of just ran hot, bead after bead and warped the internals

aluminum weld looks different than steel.I don't think you have anything to worry about
