Rear Jeep seat?

Ok, well I bought my jeep about a month ago, and my back seat is a tumble seat, I am not sure if it is the factory seat or not but it latches into place and stays there, but there are no seat belt slots on the seat itself. Therefore due to Texas "click it or ticket" law I can't have any rear passengers(that's what she said). Does anyone else have this or am I just missing something or does anyone have any ideas for this problem? Thanks for all the future input.

The seat belts just go between the fold at the bottom of the seat. There isnt a fancy slots for them to go through

So there isn't anything that they are supposed to buckle into?
