replacing the wiring harness

I need to replace the wiring harness on a 2000 wrangler. How difficult? Do I need to remove the dash? Any info would be helpful. Thanks

i would say you'd have to remove dash for that. did you check your grounds, and main connections. it would probably be easier to find the problem, its probably a small problem causing it all, unless you already know the harness is junk.
