Metal polish and an orbital buffer. Check it out on YouTube. Works like a CHAMP!

Lemon Pledge works pretty good for a temp fix.

The good news is that you won't have to go to the gym for a week after trying to polish your windows with a foam sponge.

PlastX works pretty well but it all depends on how bad they are.

I have the window polish kit, and it works awesome with a buffer. Heavy scratch remover works nice on the marks left on the back from the elastic straps.
