Right Rear Brake Drum is leaking on 2001 Lifted Cherokee. What do I need to do to fi

I went to move my Jeep today and I see a puddle of dark liquid behind my back right tire. I look under it and this liquid is all over the inside of the tire. I can see a leak from the bottom of the drum. What do I need to do to fix this? Thank You

Sounds like its a bad wheel cylinder. Cheap and easy to fix.
