From New York and it gets salty up here. Basically i'm asking what you do to keep your jeep clean short of sticking it in the garage, And wether those zync phosphate products actually work.
The zync phosphate helps but it will not do the job, the only thing I found that works,
IS LOTS AND LOTS OF CLEAN WATER, a pressure washer is the easies way to get most of it, aim for all the holes in the frame, and flush it out welly well. At least once a week, or more if you have the time, and the washer.
Tell me about it..Im in CT and weve been getting whacked with the storms. The salt is ridiculous. I have to go to a gas station soon and use their hose. LOTS of POR is being done in the spring and summer. Hope to get the whole underside covered within a few days.
POR15 is one hellova fun process... not... but it does look good. although the uv coating is starting to chip off...
