roof rack that isnt free standing and works with or without hardtop?

I want a basket style roof rack which I can selectively install ON my hardtop. or on my stock 2012 roll bar.

such that I can use it year round but has different brackets to mount to either.

does such a beast exist?

I dont like the flimsy looking extra bars down to the body. I want to put a few pads on the hardtop, and a few on the bars and be able to pin the rack to either.
