Rubicon Express

What's up with Rubicon Express? I ordered a lift kit through Quadratec a month ago and still no kit. The guys at Quadratec say the the kit is missing on coil and Rubicon Express has shipped it.
Rubicon Express went through a re-organization earlier in the year, are they still having problems?

The parent company of 4wd owns them. They probely don't have the whole kit in stock and are waiting for it from RE. Most of theses mail order place don't keep a lot of stuff in stock and just have them drop shipped from the manufacture.

What kit are you waiting on? I can check to see when we are getting the coils back in stock.

We stock about 90% of the items we sell. Some manufacturers that we carry opt to only allow drop shipments of their products. Some manufacturers will allow us to stock some parts, but want to drop ship others. But mostly, we keep everything in stock.

Rubicon Express -- Missing Coil

It looks like the kit finally shipped. Maybe this thread speed things up a bit. The shop that is installing the kit seemed to have some concern that the kit may not ship complete. Is this a regular problem? My first kit, I much in the dark about what to expect.
Will post again when the kit is complete and installed. I may even post a pic.
