I have seen on here people bashing RE and their customer service while researching a problem yesterday (most of the bashing was pre-restructure 2011). I had a problem and ended up calling 4WheelPerformance first (almost a mistake but they did eventually find the right info for me - that is another topic), I then called RE directly and was connected to Eric rather quickly with minimal automated phone menu navigation.
I had to call him 4 times (all of which were me asking multiple questions). He was professional and helpful. He even said I could send him pics and he would even further help me out. After awhile we figured out my problem, kind of an embarrassing story - let us just say I was completely wrong and stupid, but he did not make me feel stupid or judge me and just continued to help.
It was a pleasant experience for me.
Has anyone dealt with them?
