Sandy trails???

I went trail riding in the sandy trails of the pine barrens. I have total stock Sahara and did fine though my friend has a YJ and had a hard time in the sand with her more rugged tires.

Question : what would be non -negotiable necessities for trailing in sandy trails (pine barrens jersey). I want to protect my daily vehicle as much as possible and won't be doing major trail riding like rock crawling.

An air compressor. You will be amazed at how much better the Jeep performs in sand by simply airing down the tires.

The compressor is for airing back up for the trip home, obviously. lol
